Debilyn Molineaux
Profile

Debilyn is the founder of Quantum Evolution Coaching (formerly Evo), which began with her second career as a Professional and Personal Coach in 2001. She focuses on working with women and women’s organizations to create effective strategies for goal attainment and the emotional sense of fulfillment.
Debilyn’s first (and concurrent) career spans over 20 years in advertising, marketing and consulting. She currently works with McClatchy newspaper, The Fresno Bee in sales. Previously, Debilyn owned an advertising agency and consulting firm. She has worked with local, regional and national clients including Donna Zajonc, author of “The Politics of Hope.” (www.politicsofhope.com)
In 2003, Debilyn attended a conference titled “Women & Power” at the Omega Institute and became energized about participating in politics with an eye towards transformational opportunities. Within six months, she was running for Fresno County Supervisor. While not winning, she remains active with candidates, recently helping to elect the first woman as Fresno County Sheriff.
Debilyn serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for National Women’s Political Caucus of California (www.nwpcca.org) and as Vice President of Membership for NWPC-Fresno County. She recently completed her service on the Innovative Task Force for the Regional Jobs Initiative (RJI) in Fresno, CA. (www.fresnorji.org).
Debilyn grew up in Colorado Springs where she met and married Kevin, the “car guy”. Jointly they own and run an automotive shop Arcane Automotive that specializes in European and British Sports Cars. Their children are 4-legged and furry.
