Education is the single most pivotal issue of our generation. When we're educated about issues that affect us today and future generations, we can make informed, educated decisions about actions we must take and solutions we must identify to address these and other issues: national defense, terrorism, energy/sustainability, immigration, health care.

Education must become a national priority.

The single most important factor in improving the economics of communities is reproductive education and empowerment to make informed family planning decisions. When education and access to pregnancy-prevention birth control are abundant, most people will choose to have only children they can support. When reproductive education is oppressed or birth control unavailable, poverty rates rise and so will our taxes.
